ByWard Market Condo

This project uniqueness starts by its location. The busy downtown core of the ByWard Market makes for this home to be at the center stage of all the action in the city. The design mandate started from the inspiration of the client’s favorite restaurant in New York. The setting needed to have a modern take on an industrial, edgy, yet cozy setting. With 3 floors and a roof top terrace, the bones for a New-York inspired space was clear. At the client’s request the wine cellar to be the showstopper of the room. In fact, every room has a bold feature that gives it its own character.
