It all begins with ‘location, location!’ as they say. We wanted to ensure that this office location is a reflection of the professional experience that clients have with Agent DK’s group of realtors.

Each space was assessed judiciously, to ensure that all needs were met for each task of the realtor service process.

Marketing is an important factor in the business, therefore the main entrance needed to be as symbolic as their business card since this could potentially be the first contact with a potential client. The business name and logo at first glance, secondly an open view to the modern boardroom through glass walls.

Agent DK has a private office off of the main entrance, compact, uncluttered and efficient, always keeping an eye on the business. The realtors team gets their own room for administrative duties, they also have a couple of quick work stations. The administration team have their own room to provide the excellent support to the group and client service.

This office design is contemporary, fresh, current, which represents well the attitude of this team.
