DU RUISSEAU POOL HOUSE

Pool houses are the coveted personal retreats. This one does not wait for the weekends to be utilized. This project was 1100 sq.f . of space for fun and relaxation. Our mandate was to design and build an outdoor structure where our clients could gather to cook, sit and and entertain while keeping the level of maintenance as low as possible.

The kitchen features a black granite counter top in a leather finish. The same granite was used for the side panels. The granite is tough as nails and is heat and cold resistant. A band of stainless steel was added to match the lower cabinetry doors and appliances. The upper cabinetry is a fun texture of coconut husk mosaic for the center panels.

The lounge area features a large natural stone fireplace that reaches the pinnacle of the structure, thus emphasizing the post and beam structure’s ceiling height. A set of double doors, give the clients and their guests access to the tennis court. The structure is complete with a bathroom that includes full shower with LED lights, jets, and an exterior spa. To complete the outdoor experience, the existing pool refurbishing consisted of adding a new landscape surround, along with a new fountain and a fire bowl.

This pavilion is a great way to end their busy day and it can be shared with family members including many guests.
