This prime location deserved this remarkable transformation. A modernization that intertwines the past with the present, once a salon, the space has now been revitalized into the home base for Remax Delta Realty. The buildings new modern design is now breathing new life into its timeless architecture.

This renovation showcases a harmonious blend of sleek lines, and innovative materials. The contemporary exterior features such as minimalist window detailing, steam line profile siding and sleek landscape evokes a modern approach to the exterior overhaul.

For the interiors, while the existing expansive windows flood the interior with natural light, we wanted to create a memorable experience for the Remax clientele. A large green wall at the main entrance greets people when coming in, softening what could have been potentially a rigid office space. A blend of the old and the new, is what we were striving for. Offices are divided by bold geometric shaped panels that accentuate the building's original features, and a traditional brick finish to honor the traditional roots of the building. The existing antique metal ceiling tiles, a distinct architectural detail that was restored, as well as some antique casings and mouldings.

The project now stands as a testament to the power of reinvention, offering a contemporary business setting that honors its storied roots.
