A trendy area where bustling shops, restaurants and stadium attractions makes for a great location to enjoy the perks of city life at it’s best. At this height, the views on the football field, the canal and the cityscape are incredible.

This projects was a dream for our team, having the opportunity to imagine this unit as we saw fit for our clients investment. This permitted us to be creative and bring forward design ideas that made big impact.

Since we always encourage the motto of “versatility” when designing for condo living, many of the choices made were based this very characteristic. Since this condo setting is in a coveted area for sports games and other events, the entertainment of guest comes as a high priority. Rooms that have the capability of being interchangeable in its configuration, ensuring the owners guests comfort, hidden extra counter space, and double duty furniture are great examples of how this was achieved.
